為了解本院員工於新型流感流行時，對接種H1N1新型流感疫苗之意願與影響接受度之因子，及施打H1N1新型流感疫苗後所產生生理及心理之影響。於政府公佈醫療相關人員應開始接種H1N1新型流感疫苗時，發放問卷調查員工對H1N1新型流感疫苗接種之看法；並於醫院員工開始接種H1N1新型流感疫苗後，發放問卷調查員工對接種H1N1新型流感疫苗後之反應。探討不同背景、不同單位屬性、接種季節性流感疫苗之經驗、對H1N1新型流感之認知，及接種疫苗後之反應，是否會影響員工接種疫苗之意願，並分析願意與不願意接種疫苗之可能原因與背景之相關性。 |
In order to investigate the willingness of healthcare workers in a community hospital to accept pandemic H1N1 influenza vaccination and post-vaccination reactions during the spread of infection with a novel influenza A virus (H1N1 subtype) of swine origin, two questionnaires are established. One is conducted when the government announces to start pandemic H1N1 influenza vaccination of healthcare workers. The other is released after the pandemic H1N1 influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in the hospital. Demographics, type of departments, history of seasonal influenza vaccination, perception of the pandemic H1N1 influenza, and post-vaccination effects of participants are collected to analyze the correlation and influence to the acceptance of pandemic H1N1 influenza vaccination. |
